Design, development, manufacturing, sales, and import/export of new energy vehicles (including pure electric vehicles); design, development, manufacturing, sales, and import/export of components, parts, accessories, and equipment (e.g., batteries) related to new energy vehicles; after-sales service; warehousing and transportation services; mobility solution services; used car platform services; used car distribution, brokerage, and appraisal; technical consulting, services, development, and transfer; training, consulting, testing, and technical services; enterprise management consulting and business information consulting services related to the business; vehicle and parts leasing services (without driver) and general leasing services (including movable and immovable property leasing); import and export of various goods and technologies (excluding those restricted or prohibited by the state); value-added telecommunications services; other business activities related to and/or supporting the above business activities within the business scope or for business purposes (business activities requiring additional approval under Chinese law shall be conducted only after approval from the competent authorities).
